Dr. Lorelle Strong Rich is Founder & CEO of FIT SOUL Workout in Houston, TX. And the Senior Pastor/Prophetess of Excel Forward International Virtual Church. She is known for her fiery prophetic motivation as a Prophet, Pastor, Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, Author, Life/Motivation Coach and Etiquette Consultant. She was born In Atlanta,Ga. She is a graduate Of Howard University- where she earned a BA in Television Production. She earned her Masters of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling at Vanderbilt Divinity School and her Doctorate in Christian Counseling at Word Bible College. She also served as a LT Navy Chaplain as a Summer Intern and she is a proud affiliate of Delta Sigma Theta Inc. She was the 1st Woman to be Ordained at the Historical Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Nashville, TN under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Joseph Walker, III. Throughout her ministry journey she has been blessed to author many books & travel Internationally.
